These terms govern your use of socialswissgame.com (the “site”) and the game offered on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. Nature of the service
SocialSwissGame provides free social gaming for entertainment purposes only. The site does not offer gambling, betting or wagering of money or anything of value, and no real-money gaming is available through it. There are no prizes, no jackpots and no rewards of any kind.
2. Virtual coins
The coins used in Summit Call are a display element of the game with no monetary value whatsoever. They are provided free of charge, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for money, goods, services or any other benefit, and confer no property right or other legal entitlement. Balances are held in your browser and are lost when the page is reloaded or closed. We may change, reset or withdraw virtual coins at any time without notice or compensation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18+ years old to use the site. By using it you confirm that you are. You are responsible for ensuring that access to a free social gaming site is lawful where you are located; the site is not directed at any particular country and we make no representation that it is appropriate for use in every jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: interfere with or attempt to disrupt the site; use automated means to access or manipulate the game; modify, reverse engineer or tamper with the client-side code in order to misrepresent results or interfere with other visitors; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Nothing in the game can produce anything of value, so manipulating it achieves nothing beyond spoiling your own game, but the prohibition stands.

Outcomes are generated at random by software running in your browser. No outcome is guaranteed, predictable or reproducible. Results carry no significance beyond the round in which they occur, and performance in free social play is not indicative of any outcome in any real-money gambling activity.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, graphics, code and the Summit Call game are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Because the service is free and involves nothing of value, no claim may be made in respect of virtual coins, game outcomes or lost balances. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here, bearing the date above, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
12. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Together with our privacy notice, these terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
