Privacy notice

This notice explains what SocialSwissGame does with information relating to visitors to socialswissgame.com. It is written to be read rather than skimmed, because there is genuinely not much of it.
1. The short position
We do not operate user accounts. We do not ask for your name, address, date of birth, payment details or any other identifying information, because the site has no feature that requires them. Playing Summit Call involves no registration and no submission of personal data.
2. Information handled automatically
Like any website, ours is served over the internet, and our hosting provider records standard technical information in the course of delivering pages: IP address, the time of a request, the page requested, referring page, and basic browser and device details. These records exist for security, diagnostics and traffic measurement, and are retained for a limited period before deletion.
3. Game data stays in your browser
Your coin balance, the cards in play and the outcome of each round are held in the memory of the open page and nowhere else. They are not transmitted to us, not written to an account, and not retained after the tab is closed or reloaded. We could not tell you what you were dealt last Tuesday because we never knew.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Any storage used is strictly functional — for example remembering that a mobile menu is open — and is cleared when your session ends. Loading our web fonts from a third-party font service causes your browser to make a request to that service, which will see your IP address as part of delivering the file; that is inherent to how the web works and is not something we use to identify you.
5. Contacting us
If you email us, we hold your message and address for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards. We use it only to reply. We do not add correspondents to marketing lists, because we do not run any.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade information about visitors. Service providers who host the site or deliver our email process information on our instructions and for no other purpose. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal data about you, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Given that we hold almost nothing, most requests are quickly answered — write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period applicable to us.
8. Children
The site is intended for adults aged 18+ and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
9. Other sites
Where we link somewhere else, that site’s own privacy practices apply once you leave ours. We are not responsible for their content or handling of your data.
10. Changes
We may update this notice as the site develops. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be signalled on the site.
