Frequently asked

Before you write in

Does Summit Call ever involve real money?

No. There is no wagering on this site, no payment method to add, no store, and no prize of any kind. Coins are virtual, given out free, and carry no cash value. Nothing you do at the table can cost or earn you money.

Where did my coins go when I refreshed the page?

Your balance lives only in the open browser tab. Reloading, closing the tab or navigating away resets you to the starting stack of 2,500 virtual coins. That is deliberate — there is no account and nothing to preserve.

The Deal button will not respond.

That happens when your balance is below the selected ante. Choose a smaller ante from the chip row, or press “Reset balance” to return to the full starting stack. The table shows a message explaining which of the two applies.

Why did I lose a hand that looked stronger?

Both sides build their best five cards from their own two plus all five community cards, so the shared cards can improve the dealer more than they improve you. The resolved hand type for each side is printed with the result, and the ranking order is listed on the game page.

The dealer had almost nothing and I still got paid. Is that right?

Yes. If the dealer cannot make at least one pair, they do not qualify: your call bet is returned untouched and the ante pays according to your own hand on the published schedule. It is a standard feature of Casino Hold’em, not a glitch.

Is the shuffle actually random?

Every round builds a fresh fifty-two card deck and shuffles it with a Fisher–Yates pass driven by your browser’s cryptographic random generator where one is available. No cards are dealt from a fixed sequence and no outcome is weighted.

Do I need an account?

There isn’t one. No registration, no email, no password, no profile. Open the page and play.

Which browsers and devices work?

Any reasonably current browser on desktop, tablet or phone. The layout adapts down to small screens, and the game needs JavaScript enabled — with scripts blocked the table will not appear.

Can I play from my country?

SocialSwissGame is not directed at any particular country or market and we do not restrict access by region. Rules about social gaming sites vary, so it is your responsibility to know what applies where you are.

How old do I have to be?

18+ or over. Please do not use the site if you are younger.
